Joe Onofre Martinez

Joe Onofre¹ Martinez  (Fernandez Antonio^A, Jose Eliseo^B, Francisco^C) was born 01 Aug 1930 in Kearns, Colorado, and died 16 Sep 1968 at the age of 38 in Burley, Foxcreek County, Idaho.  In 1952, he married Patricia Rebecca Martinez, daughter of Antonio Martinez and Rebecca Romero on February 15, 1952 at the Red River Arsenal in the Chapel, in Texarkana, Texas

Joe died in Burley, Idaho, leaving behind his wife Patricia and 5 children (Alan Matthew (age 14), Michael Anthony (age 13), Joseph Patrick (age 12), Patricia Jo (age7), and Cynthia Marie (3).   Joe's body was brought back to Colorado and he is buried at Alamosa City Cemetery, Alamosa, Colorado.
